Register for the Navy Log

The United States Navy Memorial, located on Pennsylvania Ave. in the nation’s capital, was founded in 1977 and honors the men and women who have served in the nation’s sea services.

The heart of the memorial is the Navy Log, a permanent registry where veterans and members of the Navy, Marine Corps, Coast Guard and Merchant Marine can record their service information.

The Log may be viewed at the United States Navy Memorial or by visiting www.navymemorial.org.
