2007 Department Tournament Requirements

               The First, Second, Third and Fourth place teams from each of the two divisions will qualify for play in the

              Department Tournament.

               Each team must bring to the tournament a package with the following items:

                    ●Original Form #1

                    ●American Legion Baseball ID

                    ●Copies of your Insurance Certificate of Accident & Liability coverage

                    ●State I.D. Birth Certificates. They should also accompany the State Champs to Regional's in case of any

                      questions that may come up at the tournament.

                    ●Team copies of the National Form #2 for each player

                    ●Four (4) 5"x7" color Glossy copies of your team photograph with type written player identifications, front

                      to back, left to right on all four (4) copies.

NOTE

This package must be presented to the Department Baseball Chairman upon

 your arrival on the First day of the Tournament.
